SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery
Health Tech makes every effort to ensure that the product you order is in stock and is despatched promptly. If a product does happen to be out of stock, we will contact you with an ETA. Your credit card will only be charged for goods that are available, and only at the time they are sent.

Deliveries within New Zealand are sent by New Zealand Post and would normally be delivered to you within 3 – 5 working days, depending on your location.
Shipments to Australia are sent by New Zealand Post International Air and are delivered within 7 -10 working days.
Allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and your credit card to be charged (excluding weekends) over and above the actual time to ship your order.
Deliveries can be made to a PO Box, rural location, or a business (if to a business, please include your name).

New Zealand
The delivery charge within New Zealand is $6.90

Responsibility is accepted for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand, provided we are notified within 7 days. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.

We also accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand.  If this occurs please hold onto the item and packaging, and notify us within 7 days.

International  
The delivery cost of your order will be displayed during the checkout process. This rate is calculated according to your delivery country. Please contact us if you require any additional information.

Customs / Import Regulations
Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Some of the products we sell may be prohibited for importation into certain countries and it’s not always possible for us to be aware of the regulations specific to any given country. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited or restricted within your delivery country. Health Tech accepts no liability for the refund or replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your country’s Customs Office or other government body.  Occasionally Australian Customs randomly inspects an order and this can cause a delay. These delays are totally out of the control of Health Tech.  Notification that the package is at Customs is deemed to be receipt by the customer that the package has been delivered.

Import duty or tax payable on your order is also not our responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your country’s import authorities in resalable condition, we will refund you the value of the order, less any postage costs incurred by us. We are not able to provide a refund until we have received the products back. Refunds are not offered on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your country’s customs due to containing items which are prohibited.

We cannot accept liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand. This rarely occurs however as the method of delivery we use is very reliable.
